Catered Events

We offer outside venues perfect for ceremonies, receptions, private parties or a number of different events.

Our Cay View Ballroom offers a water view of The Cove Cay Golf Course and Old Tampa Bay, and accommodates up to 120 guests for dinner or 250 guests for a cocktail reception.

Wedding Ceremony Includes

To enter Cove Cay from the South on US HWY 19 or the service road, turn right onto Haines Bayshore and enter the rear gate or continue to the front gate entrance.

To enter Cove Cay from the North on US HWY 19, take the Whitney Road exit, make a u-turn then travel North on service road to Haines Bayshore, turn right onto Haines Bayshore and enter the rear gate or continue to the front gate entrance.
